Our Story

Maine in every bite

We're outdoor people and food people — the kind who plan a trip around where we're eating as much as where we're going. For a long time, those two things didn't go together well. Getting real, fresh, local food to a campsite took more planning than the trip itself.

Portage Eats is the shortcut. We source from the best local producers we can find, pack everything fresh, and have your kit ready before you head out. Show up, grab your food, go. The adventure is the point — we handle the rest.

Everyone out there exploring deserves a great meal. That's what we're here for.
